Induction day for our West Elite Development Pathway squad at the KSRLFC Centre of Excellence in Lautoka yesterday. The players were put through their paces with a fitness test at the grounds and introduced to TeamBuildr – an effective communication tool which allows our coaches to modify training workouts remotely and track digital data for our athletes, a platform used by NRL Clubs and numerous professional sporting bodies globally. Head Coach Wes Naiqama emphasised the importance of technique and good form when performing gym exercises. We look forward to kick-starting the programmes with our Sigatoka centre today and Suva on Wednesday.
